Cancellation within 24hrs or Failure to Attend a Hygienist or Independent, will incur a charge, this will be 50% of the appointment fee.

To cancel an appointment, please allow at least 24 hours’ notice. If insufficient notice is given, or if appointment is not attended on 2 separate occasions, we reserve the right to de register the patient.
